Women typically tend to focus more on working their lower body and men tend to focus more on upper body training- for obvious reasons.

That’s fine, but its important to spend time on working those muscles that are not your priority too.  I never thought my back was my priority until I actually began developing nice back muscularity and I realized how much stronger I felt (and looked).

Ladies: get on that bench, do those pull ups!  Men: let’s see some hip thrusts and Bulgarian split squats for that 🍑
