Would you feed your kids, what you feed yourself?
If the answer is No it's time to take care of yourself. My son stayed with his Father for 2 months this summer. For 2 months I lived off of fast food and easy meals. My son wasn't home and CZ couldn't keep anything I made down, so why did I need to make healthy meals. I fell back into old habits of not taking care of myself.
And it showed, FAST. I'm not 20 anymore (not even close) and the metabolism that came with my 20's is long gone. I gained 15lbs, was even more tired, blaoted and exhausted than usual. And lost so much confidence in myself.
When I joined MyEcon, I vowed to not only start to focus on my Finances but my Health, and take time EVERY DAY for me and be someone my son SHOULD look up to. And be PROUD TO CALL HIS MOMMY!
I've done BB on and off for 3 years. I only stopped drinking my shakes when I couldn't afford them, because I was trapped in the rat race of working 9-5 and still only having enough money for my bills.
I'm excited to be not only more financially strong now, but to also be taking care of myself and my son from the inside out. He has been drinking these shakes with me since he was 6months old and loves them today as much as he did almost 3 years ago.
