Sea bream on a bed of roasted sweet potatoes and chickpeas with crispy kale 🌱 
_
1. Dice sweet potatoes and mix with chickpeas, olive oil, salt and garlic. Place in a baking tray at 200°C
2. Cover the mixture with kale after about half an hour and put it back in the oven
3. While the kale is crisping up, heat some garlic and paprika in a pan and add the sea bass skin side down. Cook for 8 minutes, turning twice. 
4. Season the sweet potato mixture with turmeric, cumin, and paprika when it’s done, otherwise the spices will burn in the oven.
5. Enjoy 😋
